Now that my fantasy baseball season is more than half done
(the pessimist in me) I am looking back at some bad decisions I have made so
far. For now I will focus on the players I dropped that I somewhat regret as of
the date of this blog, June 20th.
1. Wil Myers - He was slumping or not performing when he was
on my squad, but now he is the number 4 outfielder and the number 5 first
basemen in my 6x6 categories league. I really hope he has a huge drop off to
make me feel better.
2. Jake Lamb - He was doing ok but I had a ton of third
basemen at the time. Now that is number 10 at the position, I wish I had him
back.
3. Michael Saunders - He was also just doing ok on my team.
Had him at the start of his current run and has then exceeded those numbers. I
am still hopeful he has some regression and doesn't remain a top 25 outfielder.
Some other guys I dropped I am not so much regretting but
would like to have them back in exchange for some bums on my current team. But
as my season has gone so far, these "new" bums could be good in a
couple weeks. Who knows.
